Sound For Ears
On my own blog page in the section ABOUT ME I mentioned it in one sentence, that I am dependent on the music, and one of the favorite style of music is old-time songs, I do not know how to name them, we can say parents Songs of Youth. Now all the old songs have become part of me. Sometimes when I think about it, brings a smile to my face because now I`m listening to music with which my parents grew up. Old songs have something that attracts me, what I woudn`t say about today`s hits. Music has changed very much since then.
THE POLICE//EVERY BREATH YOU TAKE
"Every Breath You take" is a song by English rock band The Police which was released in 1983 m. on band`s album Synchronisity. The Police frontman Sting wrote it after separating from his first wife. Everyone can understand this song different, because from one side it`s sounds like lovely love song, but from other point is like scary character is stalking every step.
TOPLOADER//DANCING IN THE MOONLIGHT
"Dancing in the moonlight" was released in 1973 m. by King Harvest, but the version of Toploader is better for me. Who didn`t know so Toploader are an English alternative rock band. This song is really cheerful.
BEN E. KING//STAND BY ME
"Stand by me" was released in 1962 m. and is classic hit. This is simple song of never-ending love which one can be together no matter what. I think good for everyone.
ROY ORBISON//PRETTY WOMAN
"Pretty woman" was released in 1965 m. Song fact: Roy was writing with his partner anything that came to mind. Then his wife came in and said she was going into town to buy something and then he ask her if she needed any money, and wife cracked, "Pretty woman never needs any money." I love this song.
So this is pretty much all. Hope you enjoyed my old-times songs. You also can follow my BackInTime playlist on Spotify. If you`re listening songs from the past, tell me your favourites.
