But First Coffee
Well HELLO everybody!!! How everything is going? I missed my two blogs, but now I`m trying to concentrate on blogging and trying to write again. So, let`s start.
For a while I am drinking coffee. To myself it looks very strange, because I didn`t liked coffee and even the taste of coffee was terrible, and now become one of my favourites drinks. I drink it every morning. Of course, I drink more than one cup in a day. Usually I drink coffee without milk with a little bit of sugar. Everyday on YouTube I am searching for a new coffee recipe to try out. There`re so many recipes to be tested by me. For a some month I`ve been using MOKA POT. It is espresso coffee maker. Coffee comes very delicious. I`m glad to have this. I don`t need those large coffee machines. To me is enough to have such a simple, little brewer that will feed your addiction to tiny and delicious cups of potent potion every day. It is not difficult to make coffee with Moka Pot. You just need to fill the pot with cold water until valve, use of better quality coffee (popular Italian brands) and not overheat water, otherwise the coffee will stink and will be tasteless. If you like coffee, then you will really enjoy making espresso with this pot. I found interesting facts about coffee(here). And I want to show to you one of the perfect combination - coffee with chocolate.
CHOCOLATE CREAM WITH COFFEE
- You need to chop into small pieces or crush with a blender 200 g dark chocolate.
- Heat the (150 ml) whipped cream with a pinch of ground cinnamon and ground chili pepper, until will stars to boil.
- A mixture of a whipped cream, cinnamon and chili pepper mix with 100 ml espresso.
- That mixture pour over the chocolate and stir.
- Leave at room temperature for about 3 hours, from time to time stir. It`s not necessary to leave for some time, you can drink it warm. But if you want thicker then leave for 3 hours to cool.
- Fill it into small cups and garnish with truffles. Truffles should be placed on top.
Hope you enjoyed this post. If you have Moka Pot tell your opinions. And share your favourite coffee recipe.
Love,
Audrey xx
