Simple But Cute Easter Nest Cupcakes

Hey Loves! Probably You are enjoying the springtime! As You all know, soon will be Easter, so I want to share with You very simple, super easy to make Easter cupcakes recipe. I'm not good enough to take pics of food but anyway I was trying and really wanted to share these cute cupcakes. 

You will need for cupcake:

• 115g butter
      • 115g caster sugar
 • 2 large eggs
            • 115g self-raising flour
               • 1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder

For Chocolate Nest:

• 40g butter

          • 3 tablespoons  honey

                • 6 tablespoons cocoa/cocholate powder

               • 18 tablespoons cornflakes

For decoration:

• Mini chocolate Easter eggs

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 190°C

2. Place all cupcake ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat until well mixed

3. Place in 12 muffin paper cases

4. Bake in preheated oven for 15 -20 minutes

5. Leave to cool

6. For chocolate nest, gently melt butter and honey and stir in chocolate/cocoa powder and cornflakes. Place a tablespoon of mix on each cupcake in a nest effect and leave to set. Serve decorated with mini chocolate Easter eggs
